Objective Driven
Business objectives for Gael are agreed annually and reviewed and prioritised quarterly. To deliver against an objective invariably means an element of change and those are managed as “projects”, which are tracked weekly as work-in-progress. Each project team consists of multi-disciplined members with the appropriate skills, talent and experience to deliver desired outcomes within agreed timescales.
Objective driven, a positive attitude to change, continuous improvement, innovation and customer focus are all part of the Gael DNA and have been the main drivers of our long term success.
Structured for Success
Gael is structured around three distinct business units - Technical, Commercial and Operations.
Technical has responsibility and staff in Research, Innovation, Design, Development and Test and use the Agile Methodology throughout their design lifecycle.
Commercial has responsibility for staff in Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Account Development. Commercial use a proprietary engagement process to ensure we understand what our clients are aiming to achieve, and provide the best advice, products and services to make that possible.
Operations has responsibility and staff in Professional Services, Account Management, Product Support, Helpdesk, Accounts, Quality Assurance, Information Security and IT. Across their remit, they use KPI’s to ensure customer satisfaction levels are achieved and have overall responsibility for ISO 9000 and ISO 27000 disciplines across the company.
