Since launching operations in 1972, RX Plastics have enjoyed steady growth. They now employ over 150 people throughout New Zealand, within their offices and two manufacturing plants in Ashburton and Hamilton. Due to this growth they required a reliable solution which allowed them to share, control and distribute documents across multiple sites as well as provide the ability for remote access. Q-Pulse, the electronic quality management system (QMS), developed by Gael Ltd, was chosen as it allowed RX Plastics to easily share, track and control documents company-wide through the use of the Document and CA/PA modules.

Yuriy added: “Since implementing Q-Pulse, we now have all of our documents in one place which makes them easier to acknowledge and control. This has helped us introduce a smooth document revision process with Q-Pulse also providing access to revision history of a document, so you can see exactly what has been changed and why. The automatic notifications within Q-Pulse have also been a huge benefit. By being notified automatically, it means that actions that are required for a document, CA/PA, asset management are never forgotten meaning we’re always in control.”
