The Gael Academy offers instant access to a wide range of online courses and provides a comprehensive resource for rolling out training within an organisation.

Doncasters Group Ltd is a leading international engineering company that manufactures precision components and assemblies for the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, specialist automotive, petrochemical, construction, industrial, transportation and recreation markets.

"We’ve been running Q-Pulse for more than a year now," explains Clare McIlwaine, Quality Systems Administrator at the company’s Bramah division. "At first it was difficult to have all personnel trained and competent, and – more importantly – for this to be done at a pace that suited each individual.

"Running a standard training course for all personnel was hard, as I didn’t want to bombard people with information that they didn’t need to know. "The Academy gives staff on-demand access to what they need to make the most of Q-Pulse, which has helped people less confident with new software to learn a great deal. Having a quiz at the end of each course lets people actually see their results, which makes it very visible that they are learning and progressing and has accelerated the adoption of Q-Pulse throughout the company.
