Professional services including data migration, customisation and training from Gael Ltd helped staff at the Pathology Directorate of the University Hospital of North Staffordshire in moving towards a more coordinated pathology approach to quality management with Q-Pulse.

The University Hospital of North Staffordshire NHS Trust provides a wide range of district hospital services to the local North Staffordshire population of half a million,and specialised acute services to a population of some three million in the local area, neighbouring counties and Wales.
