Maldivian Air Taxi and MEGA Maldives Airline have joined an expanding list of aviation companies in the Maldives that have turned to Q-Pulse SMS to improve safety management.
Both companies were using their own in-house systems, which included spreadsheet, document and other disconnected programs, to manage both safety and quality. But after identifying a need to centrally manage safety in line with Maldivian Civil Aviation regulations, Maldivian Air Taxi and MEGA Maldives Airline selected Gael’s Q-Pulse SMS solution.
With Q-Pulse SMS, safety management across both organisations, including the reporting of incidents and occurrences, action tracking and on-going monitoring will be simplified through the solution’s automatic workflow functionality, saving both companies significant time, effort and resources.
Maldivian Air Taxi is one of the world’s largest seaplane operations, offering convenient transfers for tourists and locals between 1,190 islands in the Indian Ocean. By joining with MEGA Maldives Airline in selecting Q-Pulse SMS, it has strengthened Gael’s reputation within the aviation industry in the region – which includes organisations such Villa Air and Island Aviation.
