Aviapartner has selected Q-Pulse SMS to improve quality and safety at 35 airports across five countries

Belgian ground handling organisation Aviapartner have agreed a deal which is set to significantly improve their quality and safety management processes at a number of key European airports.

The Brussels-based company currently provide ground handling and airport services at 35 airports across Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands, serving customers in a total of 28 different European cities.

By implementing Q-Pulse, the leading aviation safety and quality management solution developed by Gael Ltd, Aviapartner will be able to integrate safety, quality, security, training and employee competency into one centralised and automated management system, enhancing compliance levels to meet and exceed their relevant standards and regulations, and in-turn improving the overall experience for their customers.

Q-Pulse will be utilised across the entire Aviapartner business – providing access for the company’s many departments at airport bases across Europe.

As well as safety, quality and security management, Q-Pulse will also be used by Aviapartner’s HR, Training and Legal departments. Eva added: “The capabilities of Q-Pulse means that, as well as safety and quality management, it can also be used as a central management solution for other processes and documentation critical to the business. For example, our HR and Training Departments can use the solution to manage all of our employees’ training courses, keep on top of their records and of any certificates and licenses associated with each member of staff. At the same time, our Legal Department can manage all insurance and legal claims from customers, from the process to the resolution of each case.”
