Q-Pulse IMS Helps LOT Polish Airlines Blow Away Their Paper Based Safety Management System

Poland’s national flag carrier LOT Polish Airlines have soared towards a safer management system after implementing Q-Pulse IMS.

The Warsaw-based airline turned to Q-Pulse, developed by Gael Ltd, after recognising the improvement opportunities and efficiency savings that an electronically managed safety and quality system could offer.

As part of the Star Alliance network, LOT Polish operate within a complex network to over 50 destinations in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia.

LOT had previously been handling their safety management processes through a labour intensive paper-based system.

In order to continually meet ICAO SMS requirements LOT identified Q-Pulse IMS as the tool to proficiently manage their reporting, investigation and corrective/preventative processes.
