After recent scare stories in the press, food companies
are more aware than ever of the importance of food safety standards. If
the worst was to happen and a company ended up in court over food safety
issues, there is often a fear of what will happen, often due to not knowing

has organised an event to allow delegates to experience a day in court without
being the one in the dock.
