Gael Ltd is delighted to announce the launch of the next generation of their Q-Pulse Compliance management software. With radically enhanced functionality designed to encourage ownership and interaction with the Compliance function, the new Q-Pulse is set to enable organisations to advance their performance, processes and resources. Gael had three main aims when developing the new Q-Pulse. They wanted to develop a system that would encourage ownership of the Compliance management system across organisations. Secondly, they wanted to provide a mechanism to reduce the bureaucratic burden of managing Compliance. Thirdly, they wanted to provide a tool that would assist in delivering a culture of continuous improvement and advancement. The solution is built on the same sound principles as its predecessor, Version 4.2, but is now even more powerful and easier to use. There’s a whole host of new features intended to make Compliance management more user friendly and much more than a “tick the box” function. Its new LaunchPad interface offers a personalised, easy to follow pathway into the system for each user. Through LaunchPad, the Compliance management system is straightforward and relevant information is readily available to all at the point of need. LaunchPad is ultimately the key to a more effective Compliance management system. Uniquely, Q-Pulse extends beyond mere Compliance record management by providing a business mapping solution that enables individuals and teams to quickly and successfully collect, group and understand information. Such capability is vital in order to take action to identify what and how to deliver desired improvements.
