- Migration of data from existing databases, applications or systems into Q-Pulse
- Integration with other systems within the organisation to eliminate duplication of data and effort
- Training to get the initial team capable of ongoing administration of Q-Pulse and capable of using and training others how to use the system effectively
- Roll-Out to raise awareness of the system, its objectives, how it’s going to be implemented, how it impacts and benefits departments & individuals, timescales for end user training and going live.
- Customer Support and HelpDesk access during the lifetime of the project.
- Account Management to ensure customers continues to get value from their investment in Gael’s products and services and on an on-going basis introduce them to best practice and capability beyond initial product scope.
