The Customer Zone has moved to our Community.

The Customer Zone resources, including the Knowledgebase, forums and downloads can now be found on our Community.

Why was the Customer Zone moved?

Our Community is designed to allow you to access Gael and industry news, learn more about Q-Pulse, interact with fellow users and Gael staff and provide valuable feedback on Q-Pulse and our services.

If you've not done so already, register for our Community - all we need is a username and email address. You will receive a temporary password to the email address you supplied during registration.

To access Customer resources on the Community, you will need to verify that you are a maintenance customer by entering your organisation's G-Number and Key Number into your user profile, click on "Edit Profile", fill in the fields in the Q-Pulse Information tab and click on "save" to do this.

Technical or usability support calls should continue to be made by email or telephone – the forums are for sharing advice and knowledge with other users and making suggestions and feature requests.
