Aviation

Ensure airworthiness -
through enhanced regulatory compliance
Demonstrate quality and safety -
of your operational processes
Improve quality of service -
adopting best practice

More than most other industry sectors, the aviation sector is subject to stringent rules and regulations intended to ensure the safety of both passengers and crew and the airworthiness of its aircraft. Flight Operations, Engineering, Ground Operations, Cargo and Flight Training all have significant roles to play in maintaining a safe air transport system. For all areas, Quality, Safety and security provide the foundation upon which all products and services are provided.

The aviation sector has never taken a cavalier approach to ensuring the safety of passengers and crews and the airworthiness of its aircraft. Regulation and standards such as JAR-OPS, EASA Part-145, JAR-FCL and IOSA are so well established within the aviation sector that they are simply part of the organisation’s normal operating processes. Whilst there is no doubt that commitment to Quality and Safety has been unwavering, the primary focus has always been meeting regulatory obligations, thereby missing the chance to capitalise on improvement opportunities and extract value from compliance.

With the above in mind, we designed Q-Pulse to allow organisations to demonstrate regulatory compliance, reduce organisational risk and present opportunities to continually improve the organisation.
