Gael provide "spectacular" professional services during Q-Pulse roll out at Quest Medical

Preparing existing people, technologies and processes for the impact of a new system is an important step in any implementation, and in putting Q-Pulse into place, US medical device manufacturer Quest Medical prepared their systems with professional services from the solution’s developers, Scottish software company Gael Ltd.

Based in Allen, Texas, Quest Medical, Inc. develops and manufactures sterile medical devices for a variety of medical markets, including cardiac and ophthalmic surgery, IV fluid and anesthesia delivery, oncology and hemodialysis.

In putting Q-Pulse into place to manage training, the medical device manufacturer sought to streamline their implementation in rolling the system throughout the organisation.
